Each of our dresses are handmade to order and can take up to 7 days to make. We hand make everything in our studio in Cheltenham, and there often only two of us and this does take time, especially at busy times of the year.
Please appreciate that you are buying a handmade item which is completely customisable to your size and height so please be patient and aware that this does take, especially during busier periods.
We really value your custom and support for a small business like ours, we hope your love your dress as much as we loved making it!
Free shipping (only available to the UK) will be sent royal mail first class. Proof of postage will be obtained.
Flat Rate Shipping Costs
Uk £3.00 - 1st class recorded signed for delivery (up to 3 days)
EUROPE - £7.00 - Standard delivery (up to 14 working days)
USA - £8 -standard airmail (up to 21 days)
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - £10 standard airmail (up to 4 weeks)
REST OF THE WORLD £7.00 - Standard delivery (can take up to 4 weeks)
International mail can vary between 7 days to 3 weeks, this is up to the postal system and sadly nothing we can do to speed it up once it has left us.
Lost, delayed or stolen packages
We are not held responsible for parcels once they have been posted. We keep receipts of all proof of postage. Any concern please contact your post office, email us at email@example.com or use our contact page. If an item is lost in the mail we will do our best to replace this item as soon as possible.
We accept payment through paypal only. It is safe, secure and reliable. You are not required to hold an account to pay, therefor you can use your credit/debit card through their services quickly and easily.
Due to our clothing being handmade to order especially for you, and fully size customisable (just leave a 'note' on the order for if you need it a little loser or longer/shorter) we only offer an exchange or credit note to that value. Return postage to be covered by you.
